In this webinar, John will discuss the owner's need for accurate, defensible capital cost estimates, particularly during early project phases when design information is limited, and when reviewing EPC contractor cost proposals for budgeting and funding decisions. The session will present established validation and review methods, including scope of work reviews, evaluation of CAPEX estimating practices, location factor adjustments, estimating checklists, and benchmarking against historical data from a wide range of industrial and infrastructure projects.
