Mark has nearly 25 years of experience with construction claims preparation and evaluation, developing and reviewing critical path method schedules, delay analysis, dispute resolution, specification writing, and training. Mark is a qualified expert and has provided expert testimony. Mark is a co-author of Construction Delays, Third Edition; contributed to the development of RP No. 29R-03, Forensic Schedule Analysis and is a member of the task force that is currently revising the RP; was the CDR Subcommittee Chair from 2022 to 2024, and regularly writes and presents papers at AACE’s Annual ConEx.
