Presentation Overview: This session explains how John applies two AI platforms—ALICE Technologies for schedule acceleration and optimization, and Doxel for progress monitoring and analytics—to cut time and cost on data-center programs where speed to market is critical. He will outline the implementation steps, process flow, and results, and share actionable insights drawn from both tools. We will cover when to introduce each platform, the data they require, and the management checkpoints that turn AI output into decisions.
Speaker: John Rewolinski, PSP, is a scheduling consultant with twenty-two years of field and program-planning experience. He recently presented at Stanford University’s CIFE on AI in scheduling and has authored new forensic delay-analysis methodologies. John specializes in applying cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate and optimize multi-billion-dollar capital programs for Google, Microsoft, DPR, and other top firms. His work on data centers, hospitals, and heavy-civil projects has delivered measurable reductions in both schedule and cost.
