Was there some kind of content supposed to appear here? You're absolutely right about it being a ghost town...

In the year 2000 I found a window of opportunity to finally put pencil to paper and created a construction cost newsletter and i Christianed it Cost Digest. I further captioned it "your key to construction costs ". A quarterly newsletter which I sent out by regular mail to 300 subscribers free of charge. It was a success like most free things are. After 7 or 8 years I went on line and used Yahoo! Groups. That went well. Since the last 3 years it looks like a ghost town. 
I wonder if I should resurrect it or give it a decent burial?
