The Construction Industry Institute (CII) has long been a leader in developing and validating best practices (BPs) to drive capital project success. While CII BPs have demonstrated potential for enhanced project performance, companies require concrete data to quantify these gains and understand their relative standing within the industry.
In this session, RT-410will:
•Share initial findings on implementation trends across organizations and projects.
•Present insights on the impact of Best Practices on project performance.
•Introduce the Customized Benchmarking Report– a complementary deliverable for participating organizations that provides comparative insights and actionable recommendations.
The findings from RT-410 aim to help organizations improve internal processes, make informed decisions, and enhance project outcomes. As a collaborative, community-driven initiative, RT-410 also invites broader participation in its ongoing research effort.
