In next week's PPEV Subcommittee meeting we will finalize a gameplan for the upcoming cabinet elections including who is nominated for which positions, how to vote, how long the vote will be active, when the new positions will be effective, etc. Additionally, we will discuss the Call for Papers due August 31st for next year's annual Expo.
Going forward, after this meeting, the PPEV subcommittee will meet quarterly rather than monthly. The PPEV cabinet will work over the next quarter to better revise the format and contents of that meeting in an attempt to improve community involvement.
