Li Pham brings over 20 years of estimating experience across multiple industries including petroleum, chemical, water, power, hydrogen, ammonia, BESS, carbon capture, and emerging technologies. He currently serves as a board member for the AACE Education Board and is an AACE Certified Estimating Professional.
