I am Jong-Kwon Lim, newly appointed as leader with the aim of revitalising the AACE Korea Section, which has seen little recent activity, having recently become a member of AACE International. 

I serve also as Chairman of the Korean Risk Experts Council, known as K-Risk https://www.k-risk.org and as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee at KICEM : Korea Institute of Construction Engineering and Management
 
K-Riskhttps://www.k-risk.org, which I have led for some time, has been jointly organising the annual PRM (Project Risk Management) Conference with KICEM each November. This conference primarily facilitates the exchange of academic research and best practices to invigorate risk management for projects, assets, and enterprises. You can connect this conference online or offline.
 
I am delighted to introduce this event to AACE members. As you can see from the attached programme, the second day of the conference, on 22 November (Korean time), includes a presentation by Mr. Harris, President of AACE Region 8.

While the official language of the conference is Korean, this presentation will be in English, and your participation is warmly welcomed. Attendees from other time zones are also welcome.

As you can see in the attached programme, two additional American speakers will be presenting. An interpreter will be present to facilitate communication with the audience.
