My suggestions from the Subcommittee Review appear to have been appropriately addressed in this version. I concur with John Hollmann's comments, which (when addressed) will provide additional clarity, and do not have further comments.

This RP will be a positive addition to AACE's library of recommended practices, especially in regard to the Strategic Asset Management areas of TCM.
