I working the plan of the project in Benin, Africa. Where I can found the annual weather conditions to schedule the construction? The project is about road.

If you are at the Contractor side and if you unable to google it, you should ask the Client for the Historical Meteorological data or try to contact the local Meteorological agency. In some cases, you need to pay for this data, but it will bring you huge benefits - if correctly assessed.
