Hi everybody,
I wanted to share a short experiment I ran using Google's Gemini AI to assist with construction daily logs.
In this video, I walk through how it can compare start- and end-of-day site images, combine them with structured templates and field notes, and then produce a clean, formatted report automatically.

| How AI Chatbots Revolutionize Construction: Use Case #6 |
| AI is revolutionizing industries, and construction is no exception. In this video, we explore how AI capabilities, specifically leveraging the Gemini API within Google AI Studio, can be used to streamline construction site reporting. Watch as we demonstrate building a "Daily Construction Log Generator" app. |

This was just a quick test, but it got me thinking about the potential for AI in automating site documentation.
What's your take?
Could this be practical in your projects, assuming significant adjustments... perhaps by using specialized LLMs and dedicated computer vision frameworks, similar to the approach in this study: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0926580524006101
Thank you.
