Once again, AACE Qatar Section is delighted to invite you for a free online technical event with guest speaker Dr. Luai El Sabek, CM-Lean Executive Director – Operations LCI-Qatar, to discuss and explain a topic, "Transforming Design & Construction".

Construction is normally an adversarial and challenging industry as stakeholders have conflicting interests. Introduced as a creative and innovative solution, Lean Construction can help to improve project delivery by generating value, maximizing efficiency, minimizing waste, continually improve, and build a culture of trust and respect for people. Transforming design and construction requires Lean Thinking towards leadership, practice, and culture at every level of the organization throughout the project lifecycle.
