Germano has extensive professional experience, with +5 years in consulting, both the coordination and execution of capital projects during development and asset operation, including Process Optimization, Lean Construction, S&OP, Inventory Management, Asset Management and PMO, in Brazil, Chile, Australia, USA and South Africa.

During his professional experience he worked in several segments, such as Manufacturing (Consumer & Industrial Goods), Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Energy. 

Has acquired extensive knowledge of the entire life cycle of a project, working on investment and divestment decisions, planning and implementing projects and during the operation of assets.

Furthermore, Germano led Maturity Evaluations, Risk Mgmt., CapEx and Schedule Analysis, Planning and Programming of Maintenance Works through Last Planner Systems, Internalization of services and Structuring of new areas.
