Hoping to lean on your collective experience.....inquiring as to whether anyone has an estimating service firm that they can recommended to assist with Capital Cost Estimating.  Prefer a full-service firm vs. a free-lancer.  Experienced in process industrial / chemical industries and capable of Class 5, 3 and 2 estimates for projects in FEL-0 to FEL-3.  Would appreciate any contacts, leads and/or recommendations you may have.
