having had a shot in this field as an entrepreneur, I'd say the main problem is not actually in the costs incurred to build a sustainable building- which is significantly higher than ordinary ones by the way. the real problem is the lack of awareness in the real state market and among customers to the impact and importance of living in a green built environment. the issue is in selling not in buying here engineer Amr
