PMSOFT International Project Management Conference invites large companies from Russia, Kazakhstan, and the Caspian Region gather to discuss practical cases and key global trends in the implementation of large capital projects. This offline event is anticipated to gather about 200-250 participants. The purpose of the Conference is to provide a platform for the knowledge exchange and discussion of the latest achievements and best practices in the field of cost management in projects, assets, products, programs, etc. at all stages of their life cycle.
The Conference is expected to feature insightful presentations by renowned specialists, covering topics such as global trends and challenges in cost engineering, value analysis, integrated risk, and cost analysis with RP review, using machine learning to calculate contingency with systemic risks and the role of technologies like BIM and AI in project management. The fascinating discussions will focus on the problems faced in the region and consider strategies for improving cost management.
The most pressing issues of the Conference 2025 are:

The AACE Russia Section Workshop traditionally takes place along with to the Conference and will bring together project management professionals and experts in the field of cost engineering and continues to serve as a valuable platform.
