2025年9月1日上午，AACE Shanghai有幸邀请到AACEI资深会员施总，在上海市长宁区生特瑞（上海）顾问股份有限公司六楼，举办了一场主题为"AACE与职业发展"的论坛分享会。此次论坛吸引了众多来自建筑工程行业的专业人士，他们分别在设计管理、项目管理及工程管理等领域担任专家或公司负责人；与会者们怀着对同行业专业交流的热忱以及对AACE工程管理专业知识的浓厚兴趣，积极参与了本次论坛。
论坛伊始，施总以自己的职业经历为切入点，详细阐述了自己与AACEI的结缘历程，包括如何通过自学考取PSP及CCP证书，AACE知识库以及这些认证对其职业发展所提供的助力。此外，施总还分享了自己如何借助AACE的平台，传承知识与经验，帮助后来者成长。

On the morning of September 1, 2025, AACE Shanghai had the great honor of inviting Mr. Shi, a senior member of AACEI, to hold a forum on the theme of "AACE and Career Development" at Sino-Tech (Shanghai) Consulting Co., Ltd., located in Changning District, Shanghai. The forum attracted numerous professionals from the construction industry, including experts and company leaders in the fields of design management, project management, and engineering management. Participants, driven by their passion for professional communication within the industry and their keen interest in AACE's expertise in engineering management, actively engaged in the forum.
The forum began with Mr. Shi's presentation, which started with an introduction to his professional background. He detailed his journey of getting acquainted with AACEI, how he self-studied and obtained the PSP and CCP certifications, and the significant contributions AACE has made to his career development. Additionally, Mr. Shi shared his experience of leveraging the AACE platform to pass on knowledge and experience to future generations in the industry.
