In today's webinar, AACE Shanghai had a meaningful discussion about how to manage theme park project procurement. Starting from the methodology, we further learned the procurement model, which include procurement matrix/strategy (scope of works) analysis, procurement contract templates preparation, procurement plan and tendering portals selections. In addition to this, we further introduced AACE Shanghai Section background and mission. We help this type of discussion could establish a bridge for different levels, majors of professionals from same or different industries knowing each other and working together.
