AACE Croatia is part of the global AACE International community, bringing together professionals in cost engineering, project controls, planning & scheduling, estimating, risk management, and related disciplines. Our members represent a cross-section of industries, including construction, infrastructure, energy, and government.

Cost engineering combines technical and financial expertise to support better decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle. AACE’s Body of Knowledge is developed, refined, and deployed by industry professionals worldwide.

In Croatia, our focus is on building a strong local ecosystem by collaborating with research institutions, industry leaders, and media to promote knowledge sharing, professional growth, and innovation.

We are particularly committed to advancing the role of data science and advanced analytics in project controls. Through active involvement in AACE’s global initiatives, we aim to support the development of best practices in areas such as AI, BIM, digital twins, IoT, and emerging construction technologies, helping our members stay ahead of industry trends.
