The AACE National Capital Section (NCS) is part of AACE International, the professional organization for cost engineering and total cost management (TCM). We serve the Washington, DC region—connecting members across Northern Virginia, the District of Columbia, Central Maryland, and adjoining areas.
NCS brings together cost engineers and managers, project managers, planners and schedulers, estimators, value engineers, earned value professionals, and claims consultants. Through technical programs, professional development seminars, field trips, and networking opportunities, we support member awareness of standards, recommended practices, and real-world application of project controls and TCM across scope, cost, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
