All cancellation requests for registration must be received in writing. Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file. 

• Cancellations received on or before Mar 3 will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Mar 4.
• No refunds will be given for registration payments received 120 days prior, regardless of the cancellation request date.
• Cancellation requests must be emailed to meetings@aacei.org.
