My name is Paul Harris, AACE Region 8 Director, and I am excited to announce the leadership team for AACE Singapore who will help us in our primary goal to enhance members' performance, promote global cost management practices, and foster a community of knowledge sharing.

We aim to do that by promoting a culture of collaboration, cooperation, and openness. In this line, let us all welcome our newly selected Chair and Vice-Chair for AACE Singapore:

    • Chung SS, Chair AACE Singapore: Chung is the Principal and Founder of ACX Contract Services Pte Ltd, with strong planning / contract claims / expert services operation base in Singapore/Malaysia. Chung is also a Testifying Expert in various construction projects in the region.
    • Ravi Hemraj B., Vice-Chair AACE Singapore: Ravi is a Director at Ankura Consulting who looks at construction projects that have suffered delay and disruption on a day-to-day basis. He is father to a 10-month-old and is currently learning how to manage both responsibilities.

Moving forward, over the remainder of 2025, Chung and Ravi aim to organise sessions with the Singapore AACE members as well as the wider construction professionals' community where possible, be it via online or offline events (form and format to be confirmed), in a bid to add vibrancy and connectedness among our Singapore members and the industry community at large.

In the process, I am sure there will be loads of learning and sharing that will be of mutual benefits to all members, and unaffiliated members are encouraged to join the Singapore Section and become involved.

    Regards,

Chung and I are excited to kickstart the Singapore Chapter, for which we seek your invaluable support. We believe hosting a short 'teams introduction' session will be beneficial. This will allow us to get to know each other, discuss key topics of interest, and explore the best ways to engage this community.

We are planning to have that meeting on August 4. You will receive an invite for the meeting.

In the meanwhile, feel free to reach out with your ideas or suggestions or any related endeavour that would promote community building and knowledge sharing.

    Best Regards,
