I am based in Stockholm, Sweden, with an engineering background from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Fun fact:
I’ve worked across multiple large-scale CAPEX programs where no two projects are ever the same.
Where do you work:
I am a senior project controls lead within large-scale data center and infrastructure CAPEX programs (EUR100M-EUR1B+).
What I love about my job:
At my job, I love bringing structure and clarity to complex projects, aligning cost, schedule, and performance.
Project story:
On a EUR1B+ program, I improved cost forecasting and reporting, enabling better decisions and transparency.
Future goals:
My goal is to further develop my skills in project controls and cost management across large-scale infrastructure and data center projects in the Nordics.
Biggest challenge:
One of the biggest challenges I see is managing complex stakeholder environments while maintaining clarity in reporting and forecasting.
