    Not sure how this fits in, but attached Excel file captures a list of considerations associated with Third Party Consultants. 

    These costs are project-specific activity based costs and most are NOT captured in Project Engineering cost metrics. 
    These 3rd party costs must be captured as factors in Class 4 & 5 estimates, but as separate line items in the Class 3 cost estimate.
