    Refer to the attachment capturing several areas to be addressed in 137R-25 draft. 

    I made comments using a table format to address lines 41, 54, 55, 59, 95, 105, 115, 124 & 128, 162, 173, 192, 201, & 231. Line 128 has three embedded Excel files.
