The Asset Planning & Management subcommittee held an in-person meeting at the June 2026 AACE Annual Conference in Las Vegas. The attached presentation covers our scope, current progress, and candidate technical paper / RP topics.

Two key subcommittee updates:

1. Monthly Subcommittee Meetings - We will hold virtual meetings on the last Friday of each month from 12-1pm ET, beginning on July 31, and we invite all subcommittee members to attend. Meeting details and the link will be posted under the "Events" tab.
2. Draft RP for Subcommittee Review - The Owner Capital Project System Maturity Assessment RP will be posted for subcommittee review in the coming weeks.

We invite member participation across all levels of involvement - from attending monthly meetings and engaging in forum discussions to developing technical papers and Recommended Practices. Slide 9 of the attached presentation offers candidate topics for technical paper and RP development, and we welcome all other topic ideas you may have.
