Thank you for submitting this proposed RP document. The effort in preparing these documents is very much recognized and appreciated.

Attached you will find the Excel file that includes several minor changes and corrections to improve the readability of certain sentences and sections and a few suggestions with respect to its content.

The main suggestions for this RP are concerning its Conclusions and Title. As described in detail in the attached Excel file, the title of the RP should include the words "Risk Analysis" as the Fault Tree Analysis methodology is very much defined and used for risk analysis. Lastly, the conclusions should be thoroughly expanded or replaced, as they only include three paragraphs that were quoted from references, and two of them were already included in the Introduction.

    Appreciated,

    LH
