The Symposium will include collaborative discussion sessions between members that make up capital and municipal program delivery teams, such as in transportation, building, and public/private partnerships. There will also be presentations from individuals and teams within various industry sectors and disciplines.
  
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other professionals and share their experience to enhance the skills and knowledge essential for successful program and project delivery. The sessions will focus on program and project planning, execution via multiple delivery methods, project controls and performance evaluation, decision risk management, quality and optimization of delivery, and claims avoidance and dispute resolution.
