John G. McConville CCP  is an internationally recognized expert of construction-related topics with more than 35 years of experience. He is the Operations Director and Co-Owner of Compass International.

Compass International is a professional commercial construction cost estimating and consulting firm established in 1992  and provides services to Owners, Financial Institutions, Design Professionals and Construction Organizations.

John has delivered training programs to more than 3,500 construction professionals across the globe and has authored 10 books on estimating and procurement. He is also a Certified Cost Professional  (CCP) with AACE International.
