In this session, Angela Johnson will explore the uptake in the use of AI in project controls, why AI will not take the place of the need for humans in Project Controls and the benefit of using AI as an enhancement to the human element in project controls. Using Omega 365, she will also provide a demo of project scenarios of using human element and AI together to tackle project tasks and meet objectives in less time. In the end, Angela will provide her personal testimony of her initial skepticism of the use of AI and how she now uses it to enhance daily project tasks.
