Data management is a critical element for project controls whether we are considering mega projects or portfolios of small projects. Without the correct tools, data that could be used to drive improvements in forecasting, risk management and planning is lost. Without the proper governance and processes, the data becomes inconsistent and inadequate for the purposes of data analysis or building AI solutions, amplifying inaccuracies.
This panel discussion will draw on lessons learned from real world projects to consider common challenges in this field, including:

- establishing solutions scale with the project complexity and cost
About the Panelists:
Ashrita Srikanth is currently a Senior Manager, Project Controls at Ontario Power Generation. She is supporting the critical path projects to refurbish the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station and is responsible for overseeing the overall progress, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to optimize project performance.
Eric Vyskocil currently leads the Project Management Office at Laurentis Energy Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ontario Power Generation. He was previously responsible for project data and reporting for all projects at Ontario Power Generation, in particular developing automated project reporting for the $12.8B project to refurbish the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station.
Sudhakar Pulagam, currently working as a Director, Program Management, Infrastructure & Capital Projects at Accenture. Currently providing consulting services to Ontario Power Generation SMR program and Pickering Refurbishment programs. A professional engineer, with CCP and EVP certifications from AACE, PMP and RMP certifications from PMI. He has extensive experience in working on large programs on project controls set up, front end planning, governance development. He has experience on working in multiple industry sectors, Nuclear, Transmission & Distribution, Mining and Enginenering.
