About the AACE Houston Gulf Coast Section

The AACE Houston Gulf Coast Section is part of AACE International, the leading professional organization for cost engineering and total cost management. Established in 1957, the Houston Gulf Coast Section serves professionals across the Greater Houston area and the Texas Gulf Coast.

Our members work across a broad range of disciplines, including cost estimating, cost control, planning and scheduling, claims management, project management, and management sciences. Through monthly technical meetings, specialized seminars, and professional development programs, the section provides opportunities for learning, collaboration, and career growth.

    Call for Speakers:


    We are now accepting presentation proposals and still have a limited number of speaker slots available.

    We welcome sessions that cover topics such as:

    • Best practices for managing risk, schedule, and budget
    • Innovative tools and techniques for project controls
    • Case studies from successful and unsuccessful projects
    • Lessons learned from real-world challenges
