About the Presentation:
Key performance indicators are consistent and effective ways to measure, track and report schedule progress periodically. They summarize all events in a singular number with a repeatable calculation method.
Although the earned value (EV) based KPIs can be insightful for reviewing schedules, their value maybe limited to cost or resource-loaded schedules. Analytical review of a schedule is a common challenge when cost and resource information is absent.
The presentation will investigate alternative KPIs that are independent of cost and resource loading, which provides an alternative perspective on the project's health.
About the Speaker:
Morvarid Majlessi Kupai is a professional chemical engineer that joined the ranks of project controllers in 2013. She has provided cost control and scheduling services to a variety of large-cap projects from mining industry to the public sector infrastructure. At her latest role with Comtech Group and part of Infrastructure Ontario integrated team, she oversees schedules of over $1.5B of P3 healthcare projects.
