Procept Associates Ltd. is looking for an instructor in negotiating claims. The instructor would be responsible for creating and delivering a one day course to a construction contractor audience from once to up to 4 times a year in person. Occasional travel may be required. Reasonable travel expenses would be reimbursed. There may be an occasional need for online instruction. The online tool and a producer to support the delivery will be provided.
Qualifications: Previous teaching experience or adult education courses or certifications. 10 years professional experience negotiating claims (rather than solely analysis) to be able to share experiences with class participants.
