Please note that suggestions to add new information will require a new general review, if implemented.  We can't have authors publishing information in a Recommended Practice that has never been reviewed by the general body.  All that an author can reasonably do for a last general review is to delete an entry or modify a wording.  Anything else should trigger a new, full review and more delay.  The alternative is to do what we have always done in the past, publish what we have and allow others to revisit the subject with a whole new development team.   Speaking as one of the authors, 2 years of working on this single RP seems long enough.
