Joseph Hellenbrand has more than 30 years of experience in construction and project management, planning, scheduling, engineering, and claims analysis, in the private and public sectors. He is knowledgeable in critical path method (CPM) scheduling, damages assessment, project controls, site logistics and construction from project initiation to completion. Mr. Hellenbrand’s responsibilities include active scheduling as well as document review, analysis and development of computerized CPM scheduling and graphics to support analyses for construction management, delay claims and litigation. He performs schedule, productivity, and cost quantification analyses on large commercial and government projects involved in litigation and has performed claims evaluation and preparation on commercial and industrial projects both defending and supporting construction claims.
