Today’s presentation is by Aaron Martin, Scheduling Director at Anova Technical Services.  Aaron leads the Planning and Scheduling team at Anova. Aaron has 20 years’ experience in planning and scheduling across various business sectors, including life sciences, light industrial, and commercial facilities.  Aaron has experience in all aspects of planning and scheduling.  He has acted as a schedule operator developing and managing construction schedules across multiple market segments including Pharma, BioTech, Higher Education, Hospitality, Entertainment, Industrial, and Healthcare.  In addition to acting as an operator, Aaron has served as the owner’s technical representative or client Subject Matter Expert in the BioTech, Pharma, and Healthcare industries, helping to ensure client goals are met and objectives are achieved. He is a lean champion, instructs our future project control / construction management leasers at I U fin the art of planning and scheduling. Aaron is a past president of the A A C E Hoosier section.
