As AI-based tools have become a mainstream phenomenon in construction project operations, AEC professionals are called upon to be aware of and equipped with the necessary skills. Project controls professionals often deal with large sets of data (for instance, data from schedule/cost/estimation, etc.). This session will discuss predictive scheduling, automated reporting to real-time dashboards, and AI /ML for delay forecasting. Over and above, the webinar will explore the role of project controls professionals in transition to generate a strategic level, scenario-based, and systems thinking mindset.
