Aotearoa New Zealand section of AACE (Founded in 2024) has a diverse members base from a wide range of Specialisations and Organisations. Our members are covering all Projects Control aspects including Cost Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Control, Projects Planning, Risk Management, Contract Management, Earned Value Management, Scheduling and Project Management. AACE-New Zealand understands the importance of the role of the Project Controls and Project Management on driving timely and on budget projects completion while meeting their investment and operational objectives. Therefore, our section is aiming to enrich the Technical Knowledge and raise the Project Control Capabilities among the local professionals by organising several Technical events to elevate the Projects Controls and Project Management skills of its members. 

Our section planned events are designed to include a mix of theoretical insights, practical demonstrations, and real-world examples that will make each event comprehensive and engaging.
