AACE International is proud to recognize Bob Dieterle, Jr. as the recipient of the Outstanding Rising Professional Award.
The Outstanding Rising Professional Award recognizes a professional with 10 or fewer years of experience in the field of Total Cost Management who has made meaningful contributions to the profession. The award celebrates emerging professionals who are already demonstrating leadership, service, and a commitment to advancing the industry.
For Bob, receiving the award is especially meaningful because of the role AACE has played throughout his professional journey.

Growing Through Service and Leadership
Bob joined AACE in 2017 and has been an active member of the Delaware Valley Section, contributing his time and talents to support both the association and his fellow professionals.
His volunteer involvement includes serving on the Programming Committee and Scholarship Committee for the AACE Northeast Symposium. Today, Bob continues that commitment to service as the leader of the AACE International Rising Professionals Committee (RPC).
Through the RPC, Bob helps support rising professionals as they build connections, develop their skills, and find opportunities to become more involved within AACE and the broader profession.
His leadership reflects the same spirit of giving back that he credits with shaping his own experience as an AACE member.

Professionally, Bob serves as an Associate Director with Delta Consulting Group, bringing his experience and expertise to the field while continuing to invest in the professional community around him.
