  • 1.  Looking for recent insights or updates on the OGP Hong Kong AI-PSS

    Has anyone come across anything newer than the 2022 paper? Just finished reading it, it seems an interesting approach that has some potential to be used with other estimating methods such as QRA and RCF.

    For those who don't know, AI-Project Supervision System (AI-PSS) is an AI approach that forecasts future cost outcomes based on actual spend-to-date and original budget, using historical cashflow patterns from infrastructure projects. AI-PSS deals exclusively with cost profiles and is agnostic to schedule structure.

    Unfortunately, I haven't come across any alternative papers to AI-PSS and I haven't had any luck finding other papers online. Hopefully another community member can provide better insight.
