·      Reacting to air raid warnings.

·      Waiting time for all-clear instructions.

·      Retuning to work area.

·      Disruptions to ongoing work activities.

·      Waiting time caused by material & equipment delays.

·      Construction worker returning to home country.

For example, if a scope of work item took 100 hours to complete before the start of the current conflict, how many hours does it take now, 110, 120, 130 hours or more. I understand that certain countries have more difficulties than other Middle-East countries. I would appreciate any feedback from Estimators / Project Control professionals in the region. Any feedback from Middle-East construction professionals would be appreciated.
