    That RP really offers so much. Thank you for such quality work, and I mean it.  It covers so much, and ties together quite a few other RPs, while adding more information.

    This is a fantastic document as-is!  I know the deadline has passed but I wanted to get the only comment I had out there for visibility and consideration if nothing else. I only had one comment regarding a statement on line 674 (see attached) that is a hot topic during the majority of the analysis efforts I facilitate.

    Excellent work and composition on this document!
