Productivity, Performance, & Earned Value

Good afternoon,

The monthly community meeting for Productivity, Performance, and Earned Value is one week from today on March 18th at 5pm EST. We welcome anyone to join who may be interested, so please feel free to forward this meeting information to friends or colleagues. The agenda for next week's meeting is listed below:

1. We are preparing for the AACE Expo in Anaheim this June and have 8 papers to review. These papers include cost, earned value, and scheduling principles and we're looking for individuals that are interested in helping review. You do not need to be a subject matter expert to help review.
2. The National Capital Forum is occurring next week in Virginia.
3. Review the organization chart of the community.
4. We are looking for individuals interested in taking on a leadership position within the community. We have availability for subcommittees, vice chairs, and vice presidents.
5. Review a recent community post by John McConville. See if members are interested in any of his presentations.
6. We are looking for individuals that would like to present during our meetings. This is a good opportunity to dry run a presentation for an AACE conference.
7. Please reach out to us if you are interested in pursuing an EVP certification. We can point you to study materials and lessons learned from our past experiences to help provide guidance.
8. Please feel empowered to use our community forums for help. We have a large roster of qualified experts that are happy to help.
