Productivity, Performance, & Earned Value

The Productivity, Performance, and Earned Value monthly community meeting is next Tuesday, April 15th, at 17:00 EST. The discussion topics for this meeting can be viewed below:

1.      Discuss status and next steps of technical paper review for June Anaheim conference.

2.     Call for PPEV papers going forward. Preparation for next year's conference starts now. We are always in need of more EV and CSC papers.

3.     Need help with PPEV organizational chart to see if there are any interested individuals.

4.     Please reach out to us if you are interested in pursuing an EVP certification. We can point you to study materials and lessons learned from our past experiences to help provide guidance.

5.      PPEV will have their own meeting room during the Anaheim conference. Brainstorm what will be discussed and covered in that meeting. What papers will be submitted, vote on org chart for community, potential new recommended practices, etc.

6.      Need to set up training plan for the rest of the year. Do any individuals want to present at our meetings?

7.     5-10min of Q&A open forum.
