We welcome all individuals to join the Productivity, Performance, and Earned Value subcommittee meeting this upcoming Tuesday 5/19 at 5pm EST. The following meeting agenda will be discussed:

5/19 Meeting Agenda

• -           No feedback received from tech board on PPEV bylaws, therefore they will be accepted as written

  o   Bylaws formally uploaded to PPEV subcommittee page

  -           Looking for more involvement in the community

  o   Mike M to email K2 and ask for additional support

  -           Discuss outstanding PPEV technical paper reviews

  o   Potential for stricter paper acceptance requirements for 2027

  -           Discuss potential PPEV community event at Vegas expo

  o   Post made on PPEV subcommittee asking for help

  o   Tentatively plan for Sunday night

  -           Elections: Annual elections must be held via electronic ballot no later than 30 days after the annual conference meeting. Candidates must submit nominations by the conclusion of the Annual Conference.

  -           Potentially cancel June subcommittee meeting as we will be meeting in person during the conference

  o   PPEV meeting at AACE Expo will be Sunday June 28^th at 5pm in room 204/205 at MGM Grand
