Navigating Teams Through Change

When:  Sep 20, 2023 from 05:30 PM to 07:00 PM (MT)

As we work with various teams and projects, we often have to work with (and in some cases lead) teams with the overall planning and organizing of their tasks. Inevitably, uncertainty among the team about their roles and objectives can arise. Also, we may even see instances of conflict arise early in a project cycle. Let's talk about how we can successfully lead others through change and get people to reach their full potential as high-performing team players.
