Speaker: Fredric L. Plotnick, PhD, Esq, PE
The experienced personnel of construction firms are the unsung heroes of our industry. Geniuses. Knowledgeable. Leaders. But they are human and may be beat down by intractable and unrelenting criticism, threats and distractions from doing their job as they do best. They need your support.
A good deal of my work is from these leaders who bring me in to assist. But a good deal are from leaders who have lost faith in themselves. This may range from reluctance to even try to achieve a difficult goal, to a reflexive statement ‘it must be our fault’ when pressed by a browbeating owner’s representative, without even a review of the record.
Let us explore in this hour presentation some examples where leaders have lost faith in themselves and their teams and how you can help by showing your support.

Today we go deeper.
