Experience in Inspection, Virtual Design & Construction, Project Management and Project Controls in Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical, Mixed-Used, and Tunneling; delivering projects from planning to project occupancy and operation. Experience in USA, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. I have performed value engineering studies and cost and schedule risk analyses on more than 110 infrastructure and pharmaceutical projects, including tunnels, airports, bridges, roads, and ports totaling more than US$56B.
