Global program & project management and project controls expert with over 35 years of practical experience bringing innovative solutions to planning, execution, and dispute resolution for large to mega industrial & infrastructure construction programs. His expertise extends to working with several project delivery methods including design-bid-build and design/build (EPC), and variations thereof.
Whether on international, local, public or private programs, Steve is well experienced with the leadership, management, development, analysis, and monitoring of project management infrastructure for major enterprise-wide programs, including organization, processes, procedures, systems, and staffing.
He is an established testifying expert with respect to construction scheduling, delay, productivity loss, cost measurement and control, and risk management. He has led, analyzed, and testified as an expert witness on, and managed many construction project disputes in the areas of delay, productivity, cost management, and construction administration with single disputed amounts well over US$3 billion. His clients have included owners, contractors and insurance underwriters.
